BenQ DC E1030 Blue Dot?

Hi folks yahoo! I have a small problem small and super annoying. I have a BenQ digital camera NEW. I have it now in my workshop. About 9 hours later my camera was out of office, so I decided to charge the battery. When I put the battery back of the camera I realize this little blue dot on the screen, first I thought it was normal, then i turned off then on again and still there. Lanzo an image and the point is not there. I can take video and the point is there. Your little small but it brings attention and its really annoying. I did some research and it can be a "pixel stuck "but I think not. Any idea what it is?
