I'm getting my cousin (3) a digital camera for Christmas. Either or Vtech Fisher Price is the best?

I'm split 50/50 on both. I read the reviews but I think I need more advice. Have you used, do you like one or the other? What did you dislike? Was it worth it? My cousin is obsessed with electronics and every time I come over who is always trying to use my digital camera is very creative and need a positive way to express themselves I think this is a good gift for him.
