Photo developing negative / inverted White and Black?

My friend and I have been trying to figure out how to develop (legitimate film real, not digital) photos to which the product is negative, ie, white is black and black is white. Is there a way to get a photograph of a negative real negative, and if not, how can one achieve the desired effect? (Without the use of a camera obscura, as they have no access to such negative and the desired photo already exists.) Thanks for looking!

It is easy, but it takes a little trial and error. First, make a positive impression of your desired normal negative. Develop, stop, fix, wash, dry, nine meters. Get it as enjoyable as possible. Then remove the negative enlarger tray, and set the enlarger in the same way you would to make a contact print. Take a sheet of paper sandwich and positive impression on the fresh leaf under a piece of glass. The amount of time needed in the enlarger vary according to the paper you use and the image we're trying, so it will take experimentation to get the time appropriate. Basically, what you are doing is a frame of the picture to get the negative image. Good luck!
