What's the best digital camera for not a lot of money??

I've been looking for camera for quite a while now. I just can't decide which one i want to settle on. I want it to be something i can use for a while, and takes really good pictures. I am looking to get into photography so i want a good one, but don't have a lot of money to spend on it! Thanks for any advice!!
